To protect your data, especially sensitive health-related data processed through Health Connect, Greenny implements robust data protection mechanisms according to GDPR regulation. These include encryption and strict access controls to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or destruction.

Personal data retention duration

For the purposes of processing mentioned above, we collect the personal data of our customers’ employees (in particular, their professional email address). This data is stored for the duration of the contract agreed on with our customers.

As far as the personal data of prospects is concerned, it is stored for the duration indicated at the time of collection or for the duration of the applicable legal requirement.

Your personal data is processed by Greenny’s employees. We ensure that only the authorised employees within Greenny can access your personal data when necessary for carrying out their mission and in order to manage our commercial relationship or to achieve our legitimate interest.
